At Vir’s Visa Expert, we value your trust and are committed to providing transparent services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our visa and immigration services.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Your application is refused/rejected by the Canadian visa/immigration department despite fulfilling all requirements.
- Refund is promised under our Guaranteed PR programs (e.g., Nursing PR with 99% assurance).
- Services promised in writing were not delivered due to our company’s error.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- If the client provides false, incomplete, or fraudulent documents.
- If rejection occurs due to misrepresentation or concealment of facts by the client.
- If the client fails to cooperate (e.g., not submitting required documents on time).
- Government fees, embassy charges, and third-party payments (such as IELTS, medical, or police clearance) are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- Clients must submit a written request for a refund within 15 days of visa refusal.
- A copy of the official refusal letter from the Canadian immigration authority must be provided.
- Once verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days via cheque or bank transfer.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted depending on the stage of the application and the work already completed by our team.
5. Company’s Liability
- Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid to Vir’s Visa Expert for service charges.
- We are not liable for any losses due to visa refusal, delays, or changes in immigration policies by the Canadian government.
