3. Payments & Fees

Service charges must be paid as per the agreed fee structure.

Government fees (visa, medical, police clearance, IELTS, etc.) are separate and non-refundable.

In case of refusal, refunds will be processed only as per our Refund Policy.
4. Refund Policy

No refund will be entertained if the application is refused due to client error, non-cooperation, or false information.
5. No Guarantee Clause

Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Canadian Immigration Authorities.

While we have a 99% success rate, we cannot guarantee outcomes unless specifically mentioned under a written guarantee program.
